Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, have announced the recent promotion of Scott Graham to Director.
Scott joined Graham + Sibbald in 2015 in Edinburgh as a Student Surveyor whilst in his 3rd year of University. Scott continued working for the firm beyond his studies and became chartered in 2018 before moving to our Falkirk office in 2019, where he primarily covers the Greater Falkirk and West Lothian Regions. Scott added “I am delighted with my career progression within Graham + Sibbald and remain fully focused on continuing to grow the Falkirk office.”
He specialises in Residential Valuation and carries out a number of surveys on a daily basis for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders in the UK as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. He has built up a good rapport with local clients and provides information they know they can rely upon. Our Residential department now offers an easier way to instruct home reports through our new client portal. Scott will be continuing to push this forward with Estate Agents to assist in making selling your home a smoother process.
