Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of Sara Mathieson to Director. Sara is an Associate Valuer, based within the firms Aberdeen office and has over 15 years’ experience within the Scottish Commercial property market.
Sara joined Graham + Sibbald in November 2018 having previously worked for various global surveying firms. She specialises in providing commercial valuation advice to a range of clients for acquisition and secured lending purposes as well as valuations of property portfolios for financial statements.
Recent projects include assisting with the valuation of a large portfolio for a Public Sector Client and providing valuation advice in respect of a substantial diverse portfolio within the Local Authority and Private sector.
