With the impact of COVID – 19 being felt across all sectors of the real estate market, we set out our initial observations and analysis of the effects that this pandemic is having on the Student Accommodation sector. And whilst there are big challenges ahead over the next 18 months, we remain positive about the resilience of the sector and its long term prospects.
