UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald welcome James McAdden, Director to the London based Capital Markets team and Richard Violet, Director to the London based Asset Services team.
James has almost 20 years of experience within Capital Markets, specialising in Central London Investment transactions. Prior to joining G+S James worked at Colliers as a Partner in the London Capital Markets Division.
James’s focus is on the acquisition, disposal and asset management of real estate within Central London. He acts for a variety of clients; from private landlords and property developers to international investors and public sector bodies.
James commented, “I am delighted to have joined Graham + Sibbald and start my next chapter in my career with such a well-respected organisation. I am excited to be a part of a growing London office and to work with other teams to grow our Central London transaction capabilities.”
Richard has over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor working in London “West End” practice Savoy Stewart where he started as Graduate Surveyor. His expertise is in property management, lease advisory and retail lettings principally in Central London and the South East. Representing a diverse range of both Landlord and Tenant clients from private Landlords, family trusts, charities, multiple and niche retailers. Sectors of the market include retail, restaurants, offices, industrial, education and healthcare.
Richard commented, “I am really excited and looking forward to working with the G+S team in particular within the Asset Service’s department but also developing my relationship with all the other various departments and clients. I hope to continue providing a first class service and adding value to the G+S business.”
