Graham + Sibbald (G+S), Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of Vishal Pankhania to Director.
Vishal joined G+S in late 2023 after close to 10-years working in the Valuation & Advisory division at a large global consultancy, where he advised lenders, institutional funds, private investors and owner-occupiers on assets in prime Central London, UK and Europe.
With a strong background in valuation and track-record in delivering cross-border single asset and portfolio instructions for secured lending, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes, he draws on his wide breath of experience in the super-prime end through to secondary and tertiary markets in supporting clients and the continued expansion of the valuation service line in London.
Supporting his colleague Philip Costa (Director), assisting to train George Paraskeva (Graduate) in preparation for his APC and being part of the Valuation Committee at G+S, Vishal is a strong team player and is continually pushing the Valuation Service line forward not just in London but across the UK.
