Chartered Surveyor
Radek graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. Following graduation, he joined a local housing company as an Architectural Surveyor before beginning his APC journey with an Aberdeen-based commercial property consultancy. There, he gained experience across a wide range of building surveying services, including contract administration, dilapidations, schedules of condition, building surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments. His experience spans a variety of commercial property types, including industrial, office, and retail premises. Radek is also a fully qualified Commercial Energy Assessor.
Radek joined G+S’s Dundee office in October 2025, where he continues to develop his professional skills and is working towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.
