Graham + Sibbald (G+S) are thrilled to announce the recent success of their Surveyor George Paraskeva (London), who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Surveyor, working in the Valuation team.
George joined Graham + Sibbald in September 2023 after graduating from the University of Reading with a BSc in Real Estate. Before joining the company, he undertook a three-week placement, gaining insight into different real estate processes such as valuation, building management, agency, and more.
George commented, “I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported, encouraged and guided me throughout my APC journey. It’s certainly been a challenging but rewarding experience, and I really appreciate the time and support colleagues have given me along the way.
I’m really pleased to have reached this milestone and look forward to the next chapter of my career.”
