Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants have further strengthened their Capital Markets team with the recent hire of Douglas Wood. Douglas has joined the Capital Markets team as a Senior Director based in the Glasgow office.
Douglas joins from Avison Young and brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering high‑value investment transactions and asset management strategies for leading institutions, REITs, private equity firms, property companies and private investors. With an extensive track record in acquisitions, disposals, development funding and value‑add asset management strategies he will be a key asset to the continually growing Capital Markets team.
Douglas will primarily focus on Glasgow, Edinburgh and the wider Central Belt region, covering all the main sectors including, Industrial, retail, office and alternatives.
He will be directly supported by Peter Fleming (Edinburgh), Richard Durkin (Birmingham), James McAdden (London), Scott Helyer (London) and Keith Watters (London).
