Accounts Payable Analyst
Alanah joined Graham + Sibbald at the end of April 2026 and is an Accounts Payable Analyst within the Asset Services team. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, including the checking, registration and processing of supplier invoices, ensuring payments are made accurately and within agreed timescales. She manages vendor account queries, monitors invoice authorisations, processes supplier payments via BACS and cheque, and liaises with suppliers regarding payment issues and account reconciliations. Alanah also assists with maintaining accurate financial records, recovering credits and refunds where applicable, and ensuring filing and documentation are kept up to date to support the smooth operation of the team.
