This newly acquired site will serve as a pivotal asset in the company’s operations, enhancing production capacity, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting increased output. The facility’s strategic location, with excellent transport links, provides an ideal base for the company’s logistics and supply chain needs. Situated just one mile from James Donaldson Timber’s existing Chorley facility, the site offers seamless integration with established routes and operational processes.

As part of the acquisition, Perform Panel, a division of Nu-Style Products and a subsidiary of the Donaldson Group, will co-occupy 10,000 sq. ft of the facility for storage and distribution purposes in the Northwest.
Perform Panel specializes in the manufacture of a range of decorative wet wall panels, which are known for their versatility, durability, practicality, and modern design.

OUTCOME + RESULTS

Successful Acquisition of a 110,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility located at Knowles Way, Botany Bay, Chorley, on a leasehold basis, on behalf of James Donaldson Timber.
