Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the recent success of their Surveyor, Sean Hadden (Edinburgh) who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Residential Surveyor.
Sean joined Graham + Sibbald in April 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor after graduating from Edinburgh Napier University. He works within the Edinburgh residential department where he works closely with his senior colleagues to produce Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations, EPCs and Desktop Valuations on a daily basis. These reports are carried our for all major lenders across Scotland as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Sean prides himself on his ability to work with everyone, being passionate and efficient while utilising a varied background of experience to provide the highest quality service to all clients.
Sean commented: “I am thrilled to have passed my APC and become a Chartered Residential Surveyor. I am extremely thankful for all of the support and training I have received since joining Graham + Sibbald, allowing me to further my knowledge and develop my skillset. I am excited to be able to be more involved within our busy residential department.”
