From London to Inverness, we have almost 300 people in 21 offices across the UK. With a presence in most major cities, it’s a unique blend of local experience and national expertise.

Our client base also reflects our specialist expertise. For example, we are widely recognised in the licensed trade sector as leading the field in the valuation of hotels, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs and we work with the major brewers, along with many large hotels, leisure groups and independent operators.

Our history
Graham + Sibbald’s roots lie in Dundee, Scotland, when the business was founded in February 1959. The firm has continued to grow and expand with a total complement of 21 offices now open across Scotland and England, from London to Inverness, with more to follow.
The property world has changed significantly over the last sixty years, but what hasn’t changed is our belief in the quality and independence of our advice and our investment and trust in our people – the best advice from the best people, with invaluable local knowledge, and the support of a national network of experts for every aspect of every project.
Corporate social responsibility
Graham + Sibbald has a long-standing history of supporting and delivering community benefits. This ranges from offering work placements/shadowing experiences for secondary school children across our office network, working in partnership with local schools by surveyor participation and attendance at career fairs/ STEM practical workshops to supporting Modern and Graduate Apprentices through our dedicated Career Programmes.
We encourage our employees to get involved with their local communities and actively support a number of UK charities by carrying out various fundraising activities throughout the course of the year.
2013 saw us introduce our ‘Rising Star’ sponsorship programme in support of helping young athletes to succeed in their chosen sport. To date, we have sponsored 4 athletes:
- 2013 Swimmer, Craig Benson who we supported in the run up to and during the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
- 2014 Cyclist, Callum Skinner who successfully won gold in the men’s team sprint at the Olympic Games, Rio in 2016.
- 2016 GB Paralympian, Scott Meenagh, who switched from para rowing in 2016 at an international level to cross country skiing, successfully competing in the 2018 Paralympics in PyeongChang.
- 2018 Diver, Grace Reid who is a European Champion and our most recent Rising Star.

Our people
Our team is made up of over 250 highly qualified professionals, located in 21 offices across Scotland and England. They are supported and resourced by a senior team of Managing Partners, Directors, Associates and Consultants.
We are an RICS Quality Assured Firm, with qualified Energy Assessors in each of our offices who are able to prepare Energy Performance Certificates for both the commercial and residential sectors. All our valuers have been accredited though the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
In everything we do, we aim to maintain the highest possible professional standards. We recruit, train and invest in our staff, offering a structured APC training programme and providing the best possible personal and professional development for all of our people.
